Vice Chair
​Tammy McDowell is Vice Chair of Connecting Care Niagara and Home Health Care Manager at Boggio Family of Pharmacies. With 15+ years in the industry and as a registered RRTS, she champions accessible healthcare, mobility, and fall prevention for seniors. Tammy also serves on the City of Port Colborne Seniors Advisory Committee and was a 2024 finalist for the Canadian HME Woman of the Year award.

Sally Buxton
Director
​Sally Buxton is a Seating and Mobility Specialist at Boggio Family of Pharmacies and a registered RRTS. Known for her ethical, client-centered care, she has earned a strong reputation across Niagara over the past decade. Sally serves on the Board of Connecting Care Niagara, supporting healthcare, accessibility, and mobility in the community. She’s also a dedicated plasma donor with Canadian Blood Services.
