Many seniors in our community struggle to source basic personal care items, impacting their health, dignity, and quality of life. Connecting Care Niagara’s Essential Supplies Program provides much-needed essentials, such as incontinence products, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, and more to seniors living at home and in care facilities.

This initiative is designed to assist seniors in urgent situations where other resources are not available, such as a lack of funds, no family support, or no other means of obtaining essential supplies.

To help make sure supplies reach those who truly need them, all applications must be completed by a representative (caregiver, professional, or support person) on behalf of the recipient. Representatives will also handle pick-up of the products from our location if the application is accepted.
